SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Thank you for visiting our site and shopping with us. Following are our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
We ship all items with EMS (International Express Shipping) from Ehime, Japan. Each order is carefully packaged and shipped within 48 hours (except weekends and Japanese holidays) upon confirmation of order. You will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We use Japan Post within Japan. Once the packages arrive in your country, they will be delivered by the national carrier of your country.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. If you don't receive your package after the estimated delivery days we suggested, please contact us at email@example.com
We ship all items using EMS (International Express Shipping). Expected delivery stated by Japan Post is approximately 2-7 days, depending on your location.
Delivery can be delayed because of uncontrollable circumstances or other issues and it might take up to 45 days for your package to be delivered. We recommend contacting your local post office if this happens. Should your order not arrive within the 45 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We take great care packaging your order before it leaves our warehouse. If your items are damaged during shipping, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days after you receive the package. Your email should include photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to the wrong address or unclaimed package, we will contact you to make arrangements for a new delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for new shipping cost.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers.
